Final success. Completion of share capital increase of PMPG SA
The share capital of PMPG S.A. was increased from 91,650,000 PLN to the amount of 103,817,025 PLN, i.e. by 12,247,325 PLN and it was divided into 103,817,025 shares with a nominal value of 1 PLN each.
Capital increase was conducted through the issue of 12,247,325 E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 each. Total number of votes granted by all shares issued by PMPG S.A. following the registration of the share capital increase is 103,817,025.
PMPG S.A.'s share capital structure following the registration of the increase is as follows:
- 21,500 A registered shares,
- 9,950 B registered shares,
- 2,688,900 A bearer shares,
- 499,350 B bearer shares,
- 3,300,000 C bearer shares,
- 85,050,000 D bearer shares,
- 12,247,325 E bearer shares.
E shares should be assimilated within 10 days.
Assimilation of shares will finally close the first public offering of shares of Platforma Mediowa Point Group SA. "Management Board of PMPG positively assessed the first public offering of company shares and registration of share capital increase in the National Court Register wraps up the whole process" - said Michał M. Lisiecki, President of the Management Board of PMPG.
E shares were acquired for the price of 2.5 PLN per share.
